The upTOP Overland KILO is a modular aluminum roof rack for the Ford F-150 SuperCrew and Gen 2 Raptor SuperCrew. It is 3D modeled for an exact fit, laser cut and powder coated, and made in Colorado by upTOP.

Its adaptive wind screen can be set up with or without a light bar at any time, and upTOP says it stays quiet either way. The rack carries 250 lb while moving and 850 lb parked when loads are secured and evenly spread.

Fits: 2015-2020 Ford F-150 SuperCrew and 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor (Gen 2) SuperCrew.

Not for: 2021 and newer F-150 or Gen 3 Raptor.

Does this KILO fit a Gen 2 Raptor as well as the F-150?
Yes. upTOP Overland lists this KILO, part UT-KILO2GRAPTOR, for the Ford F-150 SuperCrew and the Gen 2 F-150 Raptor, so one rack covers both trucks.
Is drilling needed to mount the KILO on an F-150?
Yes. In its own Q and A, upTOP Overland answers "Do I have to drill holes to install it?" by saying this roof rack will require drilling for installation. The rack sits on carbon steel mounting feet.
Are the F-150 KILO crossbars aluminum or steel?
The crossbars are stainless steel, per upTOP Overland. The rack body and the adaptive wind screen are aluminum, and the mounting feet are carbon steel. upTOP says each part is 3D modeled for an exact fit, laser cut for precision and powder coated for durability, and the rack is made in Colorado.
Why does the F-150 KILO list a moving and a parked weight rating?
Per upTOP Overland, the KILO carries 250 lb while the truck is moving, a dynamic rating meant for trail use, and 850 lb when the truck is stopped, a static rating. Both assume the load is properly secured and evenly spread across the rack.
Will the KILO whistle at highway speed on my F-150?
upTOP Overland says no. The F-150 and Raptor KILO comes with its proprietary adaptive aluminum wind screen at the front of the rack, which upTOP says gives a noise free experience whether you run it bare or later add a light bar.
