Flatline Van Co.: roof racks, bumpers and rear door systems for adventure vans

Flatline Van Co. was started by van owners who began making parts for their own Sprinters out of necessity. Today they build aluminum racks, bumpers and door systems for the Sprinter, Transit and Promaster, designed so DIY builders can install them.

• Roof racks: the Sprinter Standard rack for the 144 high roof, with tall side rails that let you recess solar panels; Low Pro racks for the 2015 and newer Transit 148 high roof and 148 mid roof (with a light bar fairing); and Low Pro racks for the Promaster 136 and 159 high roof. The Low Pro crossbars slide to clear fans and AC units.
• Front and rear bumpers: Core front bumpers for the Sprinter and Transit with a steel winch cradle under an aluminum skin, and a Transit rear bumper that keeps the factory sensors.
• Rear door systems: tire carrier and ladder combos for the Sprinter (2019 and newer with 180 degree hinges), the Transit and the Promaster, which move the spare off the underside and add roof access.
• Exterior and interior storage: the Transit rear door platform for bikes, recovery boards or fuel cans, a lockable gear box that bolts to the platform, and a molle panel kit for the inside of the Sprinter rear doors.

Moving the spare to the door frees room under the van for water or fuel tanks. Confirm wheelbase, roof height and door hinge type on each product page before you order.
