upTOP Overland

upTOP Overland builds two rack platforms: TRUSS bed racks for the truck bed and KILO roof racks for the cab. Every rack below ships by freight, and each product page lists fitment, mount options, and lead time.

TRUSS bed racks

TRUSS racks carry rooftop tents, awnings, recovery boards, fuel cans, and tools above the bed. Modular side panels set the rack length from 5 ft to 6.5 ft in 1 in steps. upTOP rates the system at 400 lb dynamic (moving) and 1,200 lb static (parked) when cargo is secured and evenly loaded. Choose the mount that matches your truck: factory cargo rails, the no-drill clamp kit, Retrax XR or XR Pro bed covers, or RamBox rails.

• Mid Height: 11.75 in tall (10.25 in under the crossbars).
• Full Height: 21.25 in tall (19.75 in under the crossbars).
• Variable Height: adjusts from 19 in to 26 in in 1 in steps.
• Soft Top Compatible: variable height, made to work with BesTop and Softopper canopies.
• DiamondBack: mounts to a DiamondBack bed cover. The Mid option keeps the cover fully usable.

upTOP lists TRUSS fitment for the Toyota Tacoma and Tundra, Jeep Gladiator, Nissan Titan, Ford F-150, Raptor, and F-250 to F-450, Ram 1500 to 3500 and TRX, and Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 to 3500. Check the fit list on each rack before you order.

KILO roof racks

KILO is upTOP's low-profile aluminum roof rack with an adaptive wind screen that works with or without a light bar. upTOP rates KILO racks at 250 lb dynamic and 850 lb static with the load secured and evenly spread. Here you will find KILO racks for the Chevy Colorado (2023+), Chevy Silverado 1500, 2500, and 3500 (2019+), Ford F-150 Raptor Gen 2, and Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty (2020-2026). Some KILO racks bolt to factory mounting points and some require drilling; each product page says which.
