Its height adjusts from 19 to 26 in, measured from the base to the top of the crossbar, in 1 in steps, without changing the static and dynamic ratings. The modular side load panels let you dial in the length, and the kit includes everything for the mounting option you choose.

Does this TRUSS work under a BesTop or Softopper canopy?
Yes. upTOP Overland builds this version to be compatible with BesTop and Softopper canopies. Its height adjusts from 19 to 26 inches in 1 inch steps, measured from the base of the rack to the top of the crossbar, and upTOP says changing the height does not affect the 400 lb dynamic or 1,200 lb static ratings.
Which pickups are on the soft top TRUSS fitment list?
upTOP Overland's list runs from the Toyota HiLux up through heavy duty Ford, Ram, Chevy and GMC pickups in the F450 and 3500 classes. The Tacoma, Tundra, Titan, F150 and Ram 1500 are named as well, along with the Raptor and TRX.
What is the difference between the cargo rail and no rail versions?
The mounting kit. The cargo rail version (UT-TRUSS-ST-CR) attaches to factory bed rails, which upTOP Overland notes are not included. The no rail version (UT-TRUSS-ST-NCR) uses a no drill clamp kit with 2 inch bolts; upTOP says it may not suit every vehicle and extra parts may be needed. Tools are required for both.
Can I adjust the soft top TRUSS to my bed length?
Yes. upTOP Overland uses modular, interlocking side load panels that expand or contract in 1 inch increments, from a minimum of 5 feet to a maximum of 6.5 feet. That lets you dial the rack length to your bed, and upTOP says the kit includes everything needed for the mounting option you choose.
