Sold-out items restock on their own schedule (many are built to order). Message us with the product name in the subject line and we will follow up when it is available again.
Many products carry a 30-day return window from delivery, as long as the item is new and in original packaging. An RMA is required before you ship anything back.

Checkout runs through Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Card details stay with the payment provider, not on our servers.
Most in-stock parcel orders process the day they arrive and typically deliver in about 3 to 5 business days in the lower 48, depending on stock and origin.
