The LifeSaver Bottle Starter Pack is the LifeSaver Bottle plus the spares that wear out first: four activated carbon filters, two pre-filter sponges and two chew-proof nozzles, with a strap, a protection pouch and a maintenance kit. It suits a go-bag, a long trip or a first water purifier for camping and hiking.

The Bottle comes with its ultrafiltration cartridge installed, rated for up to 1,585 US gallons (6,000 L). You fill it from a stream, lake or river, pump and drink. FailSafe technology slows and then stops the flow when the cartridge needs replacing, so the last drop is as clean as the first.
