The Big Days Headache Rack is a modular part of the Big Days Chase Rack System that helps protect your back window from damage. It is not a standalone rack.

It slides into the upper crossbar of the rack with the included T-track hardware in a couple of minutes, with no drilling into the bed or rack. It is laser cut aluminum, made in the USA, and comes in two panel styles: a MOLLE panel that takes MOLLE panel accessories, or a window panel with open window-style cutouts for a clearer view out the back. Pick your style in the Panel option.

Does the Headache Rack Pro fit my truck?
It mounts to the upper crossbar of the Big Days Chase Rack System, so it goes on trucks the Chase Rack is set up for. Big Days has truck by truck notes for the base rack in its fitment guide.
Do I need a Chase Rack first?
Yes. This is a part of the Chase Rack System, not a standalone rack. The base rack is not included and it is not designed to work with other brands' racks.
Will it fit my older Big Days or Boundry rack?
Big Days says it fits any Big Days or Boundry rack, but depending on the bolt pattern some earlier racks need a different bracket. It is not designed to work with other brands' racks.
What is the difference between the MOLLE and Window panels?
The Headache Rack Pro comes in two panel styles at the same price: MOLLE (M2080) and Window (M2081). Both are laser cut aluminum. Big Days describes the MOLLE panel as made to mount accessories such as shovels, gas cans or a Milwaukee Packout, and says the center cutout design improves visibility out of the rear view mirror.
What does it protect?
Big Days describes it as a 1/4 inch aluminum barrier between your back window and cargo such as 2x4s, ladders, pipes, motorcycles or ATVs.
How long does it take to install, and does it need drilling?
Big Days says it slides into the upper crossbar of the rack with the included T-track hardware in a couple of minutes, with no drilling into the bed or rack. Drilling for the base rack depends on your mounting type.
Does it work with a tonneau cover, my bed camera or my third brake light?
The headache rack rides on the Chase Rack, so tonneau fit comes down to the base rack. Big Days offers a Tonneau Cover mounting option for T-track tonneau covers or covers with exposed bed rails. Per Big Days, hard body cover panels must be under 6 in wide, soft body covers work, and roll up covers work if they leave up to 3 in of bed rail for the riser. We do not have headache rack specific guidance for bed cameras or the third brake light.
What is in the box, and what are the part numbers?
The headache rack plate, mounting brackets and all T-track hardware. Part numbers: M2080 (MOLLE) and M2081 (Window). The Chase Rack base is not included.
Which Big Days warranty covers this panel?
Big Days' warranty page lists a Three (3) Year Warranty against manufacturer defects for "All mounts & All Other Accessories," plus a 1 Year Warranty for paint and finish defects on all Big Days and Boundry products. Big Days honors its warranty for the original retail purchaser, and it is non-transferable.
