What winch can I mount in the Tundra HiLine?
Up to a 10,000 lb winch, per Body Armor 4x4, and it fits Warn Zeon winches. The winch is not included and bolts to a tray that mounts on the frame studs. A cable guide is not included either. If you run a front plate, the included license plate bracket sits between the bumper and the cable guide.
Does the factory Tundra bumper get cut for the HiLine?
Yes. Body Armor 4x4 calls it a direct bolt on that requires trimming the factory bumper. The guide has you mark the plastic with removable tape along the molded groove and cut it with a sharp knife or hacksaw blade, then test fit and trim as needed. Push on edge trim is included and cut to length to finish the cut edge.
Will the HiLine winch tray rub the Tundra oil cooler?
Body Armor 4x4 notes the winch tray sits close to the oil cooler hoses on the passenger side of the crossmember. The kit includes an adhesive backed foam pad for the back of the tray to protect the hoses and cooler, plus a cooler relocation plate that moves the driver side cooler tab, where equipped.
Can I keep the factory tow hooks on my Tundra?
Only the small style. Body Armor 4x4 says large loop tow hooks cannot be reinstalled once the HiLine goes on. On trucks with the small tow hook, the winch tray support bracket mounts between the tow hook and the frame. The HiLine has its own integrated shackle recovery points for recovery.
What optional pieces come with the Tundra HiLine?
A bolt on bull nose hoop, LED light brackets and a license plate bracket, per Body Armor 4x4. The hoop bolts to the top after you pull the rubber plugs, and the brackets take a 20 inch dual row LED bar sold separately.
