The Swagman XTC 4 is a Class 3 (2") platform rack for one to four bikes at 35 lb per bike. Padded ratchet hooks clamp the frame, and wheel hoops with straps hold the tires. Center arms fold for rear-vehicle access, and the rack folds when empty so the hitch overhang is easier to live with at trailheads.

Stock trays fit tires up to 2.5" wide and wheels 20" to 29". Fat-tire trays (SKU 64674) are sold separately. A locking hitch pin and security cable are included. The 35 lb per-bike limit is not an e-bike heavy-duty rating, so keep each bike inside that number.
