The Swagman XTC 2 TILT is a hitch-mounted platform rack for one or two bikes at 35 lb per bike. It fits Class 2 (1-1/4") and Class 3 (2") receivers. Padded ratchet hooks clamp the frame, and wheel hoops with straps hold the tires. Unlike the non-tilt XTC 2, this model tilts when loaded so you can reach the rear of the vehicle without unloading bikes.

Stock trays fit tires up to 2.5" wide and wheels 20" to 29". Fat-tire trays (SKU 64674) are sold separately. The rack also folds when empty. A locking threaded hitch pin is sold separately. The 35 lb per-bike limit is not an e-bike heavy-duty rating.
