GMR25 - 25W Waterproof GMRS Mobile Radio
Description
The Rugged GMR25 is a 25 watt waterproof GMRS radio for Jeeps, UTVs and other open-cab vehicles, where a small radio has to shrug off the weather. This GMR25 waterproof GMRS radio is the radio only, for builds that already have an antenna and coax.
It is IP67 water resistant with the data port closed, and Rugged rates it for a 10-12 mile range, which depends on terrain and antenna height. It covers the 15 standard GMRS channels plus 8 repeater channels and talks to all other GMRS radios.
A universal U-Bracket radio mount, the hand mic on a Scosche magnetic MagicMount and a fused DC power cable come in the box. Coax and antenna are not included. If you need them, the GMR25 Radio Kit adds the antenna and mount. The Rugged Ready 5-pin pigtail connects a Rugged intercom, headset or multi radio box.
